I fully understand the challenges you face when it comes to finding just the right speaker for your organization. This is a privilege that I do not take lightly. I have worked with and have consulted with many meeting planners over the years, and the one thing that they all had in common was that it didn’t matter how well they planned their event, the success of their event came down to how good the chosen speaker was.

If the speaker was awesome then the event was overall a success because everything else can be forgiven. If the speaker didn’t hit a homerun with the participants then the event was, not as awesome as they would have liked it to have been.

1.ENTREPRENEURIAL MINDSET. It doesn’t matter who writes the check, the bottom line is we all work for ourselves, and in order to maximize our potential we need to be able to do things in a certain way, and we can only do things in a certain if we have developed our mindset to think and act in a certain way. The way we think and act needs to become our habitual way of thinking and doing things.

2.LEADERSHIP. Leadership is not a position or a title. A person that does great in the field will not necessarily make a great leader. There are certain characteristics that leaders possess. Leaders have the ability to have others follow them willingly. Leaders have the ability to be self-aware and they are also aware of the emotions of the people they lead. In this presentation, I share the top 5 characteristics of great leaders which I have observed personally and also from studying great leaders of our generation.

3.EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE. Emotional intelligence is the new science of success. Everything we say, do or think is first based on an emotion.We cannot help the fact that all our decisions are based on emotions, but we can control the way in which we respond to those emotions.Whether it’s in our personal life or in business, studies have shown that people who are high in the four areas of emotional intelligence have better decision-making skills, have more success, make more money and have better relationships with business partners and life partners. In this presentation, I discuss the four key areas of emotional intelligence that will change your personal and business life once these skills are mastered.

4.MOTIVATIONAL. How do we keep going and keep motivated on a daily basis? What happens after the motivational seminar and speakers are no longer there? There are certain skills and strategies that once learned will keep you motivated on a daily basis. Motivation’s only purpose is to get you started but you need these other skills to keep you going once the motivation has worn off. In this presentation, I will teach your participants these strategies and techniques that will keep you motivated long after I am gone.
